Why we started blogging about Security Systems - Security Surveillance Integrated

In today's world, where terrorism is no longer in some obscure, remote location of the world; but has spread and now it has reached our neighborhood, our workplace and even our bedrooms (via Satellite Television with up to the minute updates). Our children no longer go to schools where we know the parents of all of the other children, what they do and have a dinner party with them on weekends. But the threat does not stop there. In recent times all of us have realized that even the people who we see everyday, the people who work inside our houses, people who drive us and our children to school and back and even our watchmen can no longer be trusted blindly. How do we know this, well, read the newspapers.

Security Systems have no longer remained the choice of a few, but have become a necessity for all. I've heard many people say,"Not everyone needs a Security System at home or office, they are pretty safe anyway, besides only a few really want to spend on it". The same was said for electricity when it was introduced or even television and our very own cellphone, the one we cannot live without, believe it or not, was once spoken of in this manner. But time has taught us that its better to be safe than sorry.

We realize that some are skeptical and others are cautious and the rest do not really know much about it.  Some say that we should tell more people about why they need it, but I say, it is our duty to educate, to tell people what we know, and to do our best in guiding them. Knowledge kept in a closed box is as good as a rock at the bottom of the ocean.

So what should you expect from this blog? Expect from us to pour our knowledge, our insights and our experience in the field of Security. We'll talk about what good and whats not. Which security systems really suit your needs and what each one of them does and how does it do it. Using this medium we will provide you with solutions to some common and some not-so-common security and surveillance related issues. We will try and solve security related issues as they pertain to you. So join the conversation and lets talk about Security, no-holds-barred.
